Oenology Job Training Programs

Through a CAEP Oenology Job Training Program you will gain hands-on experience in many areas of the business while learning from some of the most innovative winemakers in the industry! As a harvest participant, you will have the opportunity to be involved in many of the steps in the winemaking process, including grape process, fermentation, vineyard sampling, punch downs, racking, sanitation, data entry, lab analysis, and much more!

Harvest time Oenology Job Training Programs are available in cellar, viticulture, and laboratory, with select 12- month placements.

Participants in a Wine Cellar Job Training Program will be involved in the art of turning grapes into wine. Through a Wine Cellar Job Training Program you will have the opportunity to learn the different techniques that are used in producing fine wines. Wine Cellar work is generally physically demanding and will require long hours, especially during "crush" season.
